MAKE EMERGENCY CALLS VIA COLLECT CALL (GLOBE TO GLOBE)
1. Dial 2938 + 10 digit cellphone number ex. 29389171234567
2. then you will hear ringing and a voice will prompt that your call is being connected
3. a voice will prompt on the person's phone you are calling if they will accept your call or not
4. When you hear the "elevator music" on your phone it means your already connected your name appears calling on the receiver's phone.
NOTE: this is NOT a FREE call. The person you are calling will be charged P7.50 per minute if they accept your call. So use the service wisely (mostly emergencies ). Kung di kayo makakonek ibig sabihin walang load ang tinatawagan mo.
